Information for parents
What if my child gets sick or hurt?
Our tour leader is trained in first aid and carries every player's medical information. For anything beyond first aid, we know the nearest medical facilities at every stop and we call you straight away.
How are they supervised?
Players are supervised by our tour leader and your own coaching staff at all times, on and off the field, with a clear ratio of adults to players.
What does it cost and what is included?
Every quote sets out exactly what is included, flights, accommodation, fixtures and meals, so there are no surprises once you are on tour.
Travel insurance and visas
We can point you to the right travel insurance and talk you through any visa requirements for your destination well ahead of departure.
How will I be kept informed?
We share updates, photos and any changes to the plan with your school or club throughout the tour, so parents are never left wondering.
